Operational Data For The Quarter Ended 30 September 2016

BOC Aviation Limited (HKEX Code: 2588, “BOC Aviation”) announces its operational transactions as at 30 September 2016: 

Transactions Summary

• A portfolio of 269 owned and managed aircraft, with an average aircraft age of 3.4 years and an average remaining lease term of 6.9 years for owned aircraft fleet, weighted by net book value
• Order book of 215* aircraft averaging 41 aircraft a year over the period from 2016 to 2021
• Took delivery of 13 aircraft (including two acquired by airline customers on delivery) in the third quarter of 2016
• Signed 28 leases in the quarter ended 30 September 2016
• Customer base of 67 airlines in 31 countries in the owned and managed portfolios
• Sold six owned aircraft in the third quarter
• Managed fleet comprised 38 aircraft
• 100% of 2016 deliveries placed with lessees, with more than 90% of 2017 deliveries also placed on lease
• Aircraft utilisation maintained at 100% for the quarter ended 30 September 2016
