中银航空租赁宣布出售17架飞机

中银航空租赁有限公司（“中银航空租赁”或“公司”）已签署协议，向 Silver Aircraft Lease Investment Limited 及其联属公司（“SLVRR 2019-1”）出售17架飞机的组合。
为就购买飞机组合融资部分资金，SLVRR 2019-1已发行三批票据，包括4.43亿美元的3.97% A系列票据（评级为A，克罗尔／惠誉评级）、0.73亿美元的 4.95% B系列票据（评级为BBB，克罗尔／惠誉评级）及0.32亿美元的6.9% C系列票据（评级为BB，克罗尔／惠誉评级）。票据的还款来源将限于飞机组合、有关租赁及相关抵押品。
发行1.23亿美元的可买卖E级参与证券为购买飞机组合的余款提供资金。奥克希尔顾问公司（Oak Hill Advisors）担任锚定股本投资者，其余证券则分配予多名机构投资者。
有关票据以自中银航空租赁购买的17架飞机作抵押。该等商用喷气式飞机现时乃租赁予9个国家和地区的14家航空公司，并包括八架空中巴士A320系列、七架波音737新世代客机、一架波音787-8型飞机及一架波音777-300ER型。按照2019年3月31日的加权平均估值计算，该组合的加权平均机龄为6年，而加权平均剩余租期为5.4年。
中银航空租赁拥有逾25年飞机租赁经验，往后将继续管理该组合。
