中国银行将寻求中银航空租赁未来上市的批准

新加坡，2015年10月19日 – 中国银行股份有限公司（简称“中国银行”）董事会已批准中银航空租赁私人有限公司（简称“中银航空租赁”）境外上市，将寻求股东和监管批准。

根据议案，中银航空租赁私人有限公司将在香港联交所主板挂牌上市，此次首次公开招股发售规模将不超过发行后总股本的40%（行使超额配股权后）。其中包括由中银航空租赁发行的不超过发行后总股本20%的新股以及由中银航空租赁控股股东出售的不超过发行后总股本20%的老股。募集资金用途为购买新飞机，补充营运资金。该议案尚需获得中国银行股东以及有关监管当局的批准及其他相关程序。

本次分拆中银航空租赁境外上市后，中国银行对中银航空租赁仍将保持绝对控股地位，中银航空租赁将继续作为中国银行的子公司，同时，中银航空租赁的公司名称中也将继续保留“中银”字样。

中银航空租赁是一家全球领先的飞机租赁公司。截至2015年9月30日，公司旗下拥有及管理的飞机共计253架，服务于全球29个国家的59家航空公司。此外，公司还有203架飞机实单。中银航空租赁总部设在新加坡，并在都柏林、伦敦、西雅图和天津设有办事处。
