中国银行股东批准中银航空租赁未来上市

中国银行股东批准中银航空租赁未来上市

新加坡，2015年12月4日 – 中国银行股份有限公司（简称“中国银行”）宣布其股东于2015年12月4日召开的临时股东大会上批准中银航空租赁私人有限公司（简称“中银航空租赁”或“公司”）在香港联交所主板挂牌上市。

中银航空租赁此前于2015年10月19日宣布中国银行将对公司的未来上市寻求相关批准。

本次分拆中银航空租赁境外上市后，中国银行对中银航空租赁仍将保持绝对控股地位，中银航空租赁将继续作为中国银行的子公司，同时，中银航空租赁的公司名称中也将继续保留“中银”字样。本次分拆中银航空租赁境外上市尚需获得有关监管当局的批准及履行其他相关程序。

中银航空租赁是一家全球领先的飞机租赁公司。截至2015年9月30日，公司旗下拥有及管理的飞机共计253架，服务于全球29个国家的59家航空公司。此外，公司还有203架飞机实单。中银航空租赁总部设在新加坡，并在都柏林、伦敦、西雅图和天津设有办事处。
