中银航空租赁发行7.5亿美元3.875%票息高级无担保十年期票据

中银航空租赁私人有限公司（以下简称“中银航空租赁”）发行了7.5亿美元十年期定息144A规则/S条例高级无担保票据（2026年到期）（以下简称“该票据”）。

这是中银航空租赁在其50亿美元全球中期票据（“GMTN”）计划下的发行。发行的联席账簿管理人为中银国际、花旗、高盛、汇丰银行、摩根大通、摩根士丹利、法国巴黎银行，和富国证券。

该票据的固定票息率为3.875%，每半年后付息。

机构基金、养老基金和保险公司方面表现出强烈兴趣，认购额超过32亿美元。

中银航空租赁将把发债所得净额用于资助资本支出、对现有借款的再融资，或者用于一般公司用途。

该票据将在新加坡证券交易所挂牌，并将获得标准普尔评级服务公司授予的“BBB+”级以及惠誉评级公司授予的“A-”级。

在地区分布方面，票据共分配予203个账户，其中亚洲、美国、以及欧洲和中东的占比分别为72%、16%和12%。

中银航空租赁总经理兼首席执行官Robert Martin说道：“这是我司全球中期票据计划下发行的首只基准十年期144A规则/S条例债券。该票据的成功发行将继续加强我司投资者群体的多元化。”
