Anti-corruption Statement
BOC Aviation Limited (“BOC Aviation” and, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is firmly committed to conducting our business affairs with honesty and integrity, and one of our most valuable assets is our reputation for integrity and professionalism. Consistent with this, the Group requires all members of the Board, employees and consultants to the Group to observe high standards of ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Accordingly, the Group has in place a code of professional conduct, an anti-bribery policy and other policies and procedures to guide members of the Board, employees and consultants to act professionally, fairly and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships across the Group.
The Group has adopted a whistleblowing policy to encourage and enable whistle-blowers acting in good faith to raise concerns about activity for investigation and appropriate action by BOC Aviation. Members of the Board and employees are required to report any violation of BOC Aviation policies or suspected criminal or other improper or illegal activity, and a whistleblower hotline is provided for anyone who prefers to make a report confidentially. The whistleblowing policy clearly contains a “no reprisal” provision to the effect that no person who, in good faith, reports a concern shall be subject to reprisal.
Whistleblowing Policy
The Group is headquartered in Singapore, with offices in UK, Ireland, USA and China. The Group promotes ethical behaviour and encourages the reporting of unlawful behaviour or activities such as bribery and corruption. Members of the Board, employees and consultants to the Group who encounter suspected criminal or other improper or illegal behaviour may make anonymous reports via the BOC Aviation whistleblower website and hotline with the assurance of privacy and confidentiality to the extent possible consistent with the need to conduct an adequate investigation. The BOC Aviation whistleblower website, hotline and disclosure service is managed by an independent service provider.
