BOC Aviation Fleet Crosses The 300 Mark Following Transaction With Turkish Airlines

BOC Aviation Limited is pleased to announce two con-concurrent milestones. The first of these is a purchase and lease back transaction with Turkish Airlines for a Boeing 777-300ER that takes deliveries scheduled for 2017 to a record 80 aircraft. Secondly, this addition to the Company’s portfolio will mean that our owned and managed fleet now exceeds 300 aircraft.

BOC Aviation Limited has increased the limit of its Global Medium Term Note Program (“GMTN Program”) from US$5 billion to US$10 billion, pursuant to which it may issue Notes in the United States to qualified institutional buyers in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act and outside the United States to non-US persons in reliance on Regulation S under the Securities Act.
