BOC Aviation Signs Purchase-and-Leaseback Agreement with Cathay Pacific for Six Boeing 777-300ER Aircraft

BOC Aviation Limited (“BOC Aviation” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a purchase-and-leaseback agreement with Cathay Pacific (“Cathay”) for six Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. All six aircraft will be placed on long-term leases with Cathay.
