To avoid the potential for selective disclosure or even the perception or appearance of selective disclosure, BOC Aviation will observe “Quiet Periods” prior to earnings announcements and when material changes are pending. Quiet Periods shall commence one month before, and shall end with, the submission to the HKEX and issuance of a news release disclosing the material information.
During a Quiet Period, access to senior executives will be restricted and BOC Aviation will not initiate any meetings or telephone contacts with analysts and investors. During such periods, BOC Aviation will respond to unsolicited inquiries concerning factual matters and will continue to suggest corrections of material inaccuracy in analyst reports relating to historical information that is publicly available.
