About the Internship Programme
BOC Aviation is pleased to launch its inaugural Internship Programme, designed to provide students with meaningful exposure to the aircraft leasing industry and a practical understanding of how a leading global lessor operates.
This programme offers interns the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic, international environment. Interns will gain hands‑on experience, develop industry‑relevant skills, and build a strong foundation for future careers in aviation, finance, or related disciplines.
High‑performing interns who demonstrate strong capability and performance may be selected for BOC Aviation’s Graduate Management Associate (GMA) Programme following graduation.
Roles and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will commence their placements in May or June 2026 for two to three months, depending on their universities’ requirements. Based on their profiles, they will be offered a structured internship programme within one of BOC Aviation’s key departments, which include:
- Legal & Transaction Management
- Market Research
- Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Strategy & Procurement
- Treasury
Interns will:
- Support day‑to‑day operational and analytical work within the assigned department.
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and presentation preparation for decision-making.
- Participate in team meetings and selected cross‑functional activities.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.
Candidate Requirements
- Interest in aviation and the aircraft leasing industry.
- Open to final and penultimate year students from a recognised university.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of products is essential.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL) will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude and is receptive to learning.
