Senior Manager/ Manager, Pricing
Reporting to Senior Vice President, Pricing, the successful candidate will support the Company’s efforts to place aircraft or grow through new transactions. In particular, the appointee will be responsible for the following:
- Providing, or acting as an alternate provider for, all lease pricing analyses (e.g. Letter of Intent (LOI) and Term Sheet preparations)
- Supporting the leasing team with deal-specific analytics and pricing to support lease negotiations
- For used aircraft, running profit/loss and cash-flow analyses of lease prospects
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to conduct aircraft impairment testing, both on a regular and ad hoc basis
- Generating monthly dashboard reports with supporting insights on movements in the Company’s portfolio profitability
- Preparing or acting as alternate for closing cash flows prior to any aircraft sales transaction
- Providing timely and accurate support for board papers and other approval papers for lease placement transactions
- Confirming final lease placement documentations accord with approval papers
- Upon request, supporting Committee discussions regarding transactions with up-to-date lease pricing summary information
- Supporting leasing team leadership in the preparation of market intelligence report by analysing and summarising the deal economics of supporting data
- Working with external consultants as required, implementing & supporting approved enhancements to the Company’s data platform & Anaplan-based enterprise performance management systems
- Supporting/implementing ad-hoc business projects
- Other tasks as assigned by the Senior Vice President, Pricing, and/or the Chief Financial Officer
Job Requirements:
- Strong excel financial modelling skills
- Prior experience in (or the willingness to learn) Anaplan-based analytics is highly preferred
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Minimum two years of work experience
- Understanding of aircraft lease pricing and maintenance reserves cashflows is an advantage
