BOC AVIATION SIGNS LEASE AGREEMENT WITH EGYPTAIR FOR THREE A350-900 AIRCRAFT

BOC Aviation Limited (“BOC Aviation” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has agreed to purchase and leaseback three Airbus A350-900 aircraft with EGYPTAIR Holding Company (“EGYPTAIR”) on a mix of long-term operating lease and finance leases. All aircraft will be powered by Rolls Royce Trent XWB engines, with the first delivery scheduled for 2025.
