BOC AVIATION ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF HEAD OF OEM STRATEGY AND PROCUREMENT

BOC Aviation Limited (“BOC Aviation” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Yogesh Farswani has been appointed Head of OEM Strategy and Procurement with effect from 1 July 2025.

In his new role, he will assume responsibility for the Procurement department, in addition to existing responsibilities for engines, encompassing aircraft and engine procurement as well as our wider OEM engagement activities. He will continue to report to Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Thomas Chandler.

Mr. Farswani assumes these new additional responsibilities from Mr. Alistair Greig, who retires on 30 June 2025.

With over 29 years of experience in the aviation industry, Yogesh will continue to drive portfolio growth and enhance our key relationships with the OEMs,” said Steven Townend, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. “As we enter a new phase of fleet expansion, Yogesh’s experience will ensure that we continue to achieve our growth ambitions.”

Mr Farswani joined BOC Aviation in May 2024 to lead the newly established engines department as Head of Engines. Prior to that, he held diverse roles across finance, risk, government affairs, sales and country-management functions at Pratt & Whitney in China, Singapore and the United States of America. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bryant University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
