BOC AVIATION MAINTAINS 100% AIRCRAFT UTILISATION RATE FOR THE SECOND QUARTER ENDED 30 JUNE 2025

BOC Aviation Limited (HKEX Code: 2588, “BOC Aviation”) announces its operational transactions for the second quarter ended 30 June 2025.
Portfolio & Transactions Summary
- A total portfolio of 834 aircraft and engines owned, managed and on order
- An average aircraft age of 5.0 years and an average remaining lease term of 7.9 years for the 441 owned aircraft fleet1
- Managed fleet comprised 32 aircraft
- Order book of 351 aircraft
- Customer base of 92 airlines in 45 countries and regions in the owned and managed portfolios
- Owned aircraft utilisation maintained at 100% for the second quarter
- Executed a total of 75 transactions in the second quarter of 2025, including:
- Commitments to purchase 18 aircraft and one engine
- Delivery of 13 aircraft and one engine
- Sales of 14 owned aircraft. For 1H 2025, we have sold 18 aircraft with an average of 10.4 years, compared with 15 aircraft in 1H 2024 with an average of 10.0 years
- 27 lease commitments
- Closed largest five-year term loan of US$1.5 billion with 21 banks globally
