BOC Aviation Limited (HKEX Code: 2588, “BOC Aviation”) announces its operational transactions for the third quarter ended 30 September 2026.
Portfolio & Transactions Summary
- A total portfolio of 812 aircraft and engines owned, managed and on order
- An average aircraft age of 5.1 years and an average remaining lease term of 7.6 years for the 466 owned aircraft fleet1
- Orderbook of 322 aircraft and one engine
- Customer base of 89 airlines in 45 countries and regions in the owned and managed portfolios
- Cash collection from airline customers maintained at 99.2% in the first nine months of 2026
- Executed 54 transactions in the third quarter of 2026, including:
- Commitment to purchase 13 aircraft
- Delivery of seven aircraft (excluding four acquired by an airline customer on or prior to delivery)
- Sales of eight owned aircraft
- 17 lease commitments
