BOC Aviation Signs Launch Customer Agreement with Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China for 20 C919 Aircraft

BOC Aviation has signed a Launch Customer Agreement (“LCA”) with Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (“COMAC”) for twenty C919 aircraft.  Following the signing of this LCA, BOC Aviation becomes the 11th launch customer for the C919 aircraft.

Mr. Robert Martin, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of BOC Aviation said, “Today’s signing of the LCA with COMAC builds upon the RMB50 Billion Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement signed between Bank of China and COMAC on 3rd June 2011.  With a global reach and long-term commitment to the industry, BOC Aviation is confident that we can help COMAC to open markets for the C919 first in China and then globally.  BOC Aviation is proud to be a partner of COMAC.”
