BOC Aviation Signs US$500 Million Club Loan

BOC Aviation Limited (“BOC Aviation” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a US$500 million unsecured term loan facility (the “Facility”) with a tenor of five years. The Facility will be used to repay a maturing term loan facility. The borrower under the Facility is BOC Aviation (Ireland) Limited and the Facility is guaranteed by BOC Aviation.
Bank of Communications., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Bank of Communications., Ltd. Singapore Branch, China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, KfW IPEX-Bank, National Bank of Kuwait S.A.K.P., Singapore Branch, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited and Westpac Banking Corporation, Singapore Branch, are lenders to the Facility. Westpac Banking Corporation is the Global Coordinator and Documentation Agent for the Facility.
