BOC Aviation Announces New Appointments

BOC Aviation is pleased to announce that Mr. Peter Goodman has been promoted to Head of Marketing for Europe, Africa and Americas effective immediately and Mr. Graham Lees will be promoted to Head of Marketing for Asia Pacific and Middle East effective 1 November 2010.  Both positions will report to Mr. Steven Townend, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Commercial Officer.    
 
Prior to these appointments, Mr. Goodman was Executive Vice President, Europe and Mr. Lees was Executive Vice President, Americas. 

Mr. Goodman joined BOC Aviation in February 2001 and has over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry. He previously held senior roles in the marketing and technical fields at GECAS, ORIX and Pembroke.  Mr. Goodman is a Director of BOC Aviation (Ireland) and will continue to be based in the Company’s Dublin office.

Mr. Lees will assume his new role upon relocation to BOC Aviation’s headquarters in Singapore in November.  He joined the Company’s US subsidiary in 2002 and has over 25 years experience in the commercial aerospace sector including senior sales and customer support positions with IAE and Rolls-Royce.

In addition, BOC Aviation has set up a new department, Strategy and Market Research, headed by Mr. Peter Negline.  Mr. Negline joined BOC Aviation as Senior Vice President, Structured Finance after more than 20 years of research and sales experience with investment houses in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.  “Peter has a strong research background and will work with me on the blueprint for the next stage of our growth” explained Mr. Martin.
