中银航空租赁宣布签署24架飞机的销售协议

中银航空租赁私人有限公司（以下简称“中银航空租赁”）宣布已签署协议向Shenton Aircraft Investment I Ltd.及其附属公司（以下简称“SHNTN 2015-1”）销售24架飞机组成的资产组合。

SHNTN 2015-1已发行两类票据为该飞机组合的采购提供部分融资，包括7.474亿美元的4.75% A系列票据（标普/惠誉评级为“A”）和6050万美元的5.75% B系列票据（标普/惠誉评级为“BBB”）。这些票据的还款来源仅限于此飞机组合、有关租约和抵押物。一家第三方机构投资者通过私募方式收购了该交易结构下的全部股权。

这些票据由中银航空租赁出售的这24架飞机作为担保。这些商用喷气飞机目前由18个国家的21家航空公司承租，其中包括11架空客A320系列飞机、7架波音737NG飞机和两架巴西航空工业E190飞机、两架空客A330飞机和两架波音777飞机。按照加权平均估值计算，该资产组合的加权平均机龄为4.6年、加权平均剩余租期为5.7年。

中银航空租赁已有超过21年的飞机租赁业经验，接下来将继续负责该飞机组合的管理。
